Our preference is a healthy, plant-based diet, packed with nutrients, vitamins, and minerals from fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, pulses, and grains. This varied and well-thought diet provides children with energy, promotes healthy growth, and deepens their connection to nature and its values.
Our lunches are delivered by Zdravý Život restaurant, where meals are prepared on macrobiotic principles. Their dishes are based on nutritious grains, pulses, fresh vegetables, seeds, and other natural ingredients, all carefully selected with children’s needs in mind.
Zdravý Život cooperates with local farmers who deliver high-quality, fresh products. They meals are sweetened only with fruit and natural grain malts, ensuring a gentle and healthy alternative to white sugar.
In our kindergarten, we put a strong emphasis on a healthy and balanced plant-based diet that provides children with all the necessary nutrients for their growth and development.
We plan our snacks based on the recommendations of a nutritionist and take a good care of choosing food that describes best as “tasty, colourful, attractive, crunchy, supersoft or finger food”. Whether your child prefers light fruit snacks or rather nutritious ones, they will find everything they need to have energy for the entire day. Should your child have specific dietary needs, such as celiac disease, we are happy to offer a full-day menu so that they can enjoy all our delicious meals without limitation.
We are not afraid to adopt novel approach to traditional snacks and our children can enjoy the finger food, DIY snacks or food art that we love to make and children love to eat.
